You could give some people a drop of water, and they’d still appreciate you. You could give other people the entire ocean, and they’d still take you for granted.

Some people do not have to search - they find their niche early in life and rest there, seemingly contented and resigned. They do not seem to ask much of life, sometimes they do not seem to take it seriously. At times I envy them, but usually I do not understand them - seldom do they understand me. I am one of the searchers. There are, I believe, millions of us. We are not unhappy, but neither are we really content. We continue to explore life, hoping to uncover its ultimate secret. We continue to explore ourselves, hoping to understand. We like to walk along the beach, we are drawn by the ocean, taken by its power, its unceasing motion, its mystery and unspeakable beauty. We like forests and mountains, deserts and hidden rivers, and the lonely cities as well. Our sadness is as much a part of our lives as is our laughter. To share our sadness with one we love is perhaps as great a joy as we can know – unless it be to share our laughter. We searchers are ambitious only for life itself, for everything beautiful it can provide. Most of all we love and want to be loved. We want to live in a relationship that will not impede our wandering, nor prevent our search, nor lock us in prison walls; that will take us for what little we have to give. We do not want to prove ourselves to another or compete for love.

all i’ma do today is yoga my heart out while listening to tibetan singing bowls in a room filled with sage smoke.

COS IM WORTH IT

You want to tell a story? Grow a heart. Grow two. Now, with the second heart, smash the first one into bits. Gross, right? A bloody pulpy liquid mess. Look at it, try to make sense of it. Realize you can’t. Because there is no sense. Ask your computer to print out a list of every lie you have ever told. Ask yourself how much of the universe you have ever really seen. Look in the mirror. Are you sure you’re you? Are you sure you didn’t slip out of yourself in the middle of the night, and someone else slipped into you, without you or you or any of you even noticing?

You are only afraid if you are not in harmony with yourself. People are afraid because they have never owned up to themselves. A whole society composed of men afraid of the unknown within them!

Police in Riot Gear Tear-Gas and Shoot Mi’kmaq Protesting Gas Exploration in New Brunswick
Chaos has erupted as Chief Aaren Sock and council members from Elsipogtog First Nation are among at least 40 people arrested by riot-gear-clad police raiding a Mi’kmaq blockade protesting shale gas exploration in New Brunswick.

Please pay attention to this. They shot an old woman in the face. They have snipers everywhere. They’re teargassing women and children. They are waging war on us. But people are going to care more about the cars burned than the children and elders who are hurt.

THIS SHOULD HAVE MORE NOTES THIS IS A PART OF GENOCIDE OKAY.

Canada is not nice. Canada is not peaceful. This is Canada. These people want fresh drinking water, and Canada brings out snipers and assault gear.http://aptn.ca/pages/news/2013/10/17/crown-land-belongs-to-the-government-not-to-fcking-natives/
